Shipping Policy

• We offer to ship to all addresses within India.

• We understand the crucial need for our product(s) at the earliest. Keeping this need in mind, the orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of them being placed.

• We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders based on the nature of the delivery requested.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the delivery location.

• If the delivery location is close to one of our branches, we will deliver the products from that branch to reduce costs.

• Some items may not be eligible for shipping due to size or other restrictions. In these cases, the item will need to be picked up in-store, although these cases are very rare.

Delivery Policy:

• We offer our delivery services to select zip codes within a certain radius of our store locations.

• The order will be confirmed immediately after the transaction is paid for. You can expect the delivery to reach you within 3-4 days after the order is placed.

• Delivery is typically available Monday through Sunday, with cut-off times varying by location. You can place your order at any time of day or time, but the deliveries will be processed only during our work hours.

• Orders placed before the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery day. You can pick a time slot that suits your needs and availability on the next given day.

• Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from the store to the delivery location.

• Someone must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, it may be left at the door at the driver’s discretion.

• You can request us to deliver the product(s) at any time of your convenience when you will be present to collect it. A signature of confirmation is required during delivery when we drop off the orders.
